   This is the outdoor team-building scene of the Dongjianyuan team: under the sun, in front of a high wall made of stacked tires, two team members are climbing up with both hands and feet - the partner above leans out to assist, while the teammates below grip the ropes tightly, taking deep breaths and focusing on maintaining their balance, every action revealing a sense of Behind them, their teammates stood in a circle, some holding red and yellow flags printed with the team name, while others laughed and cheered for the climbers. The lush greenery of the mountain forest enveloped the sunshine, making the warm atmosphere even more vibrant. From the grip on the rope to the instinctive reaction of reaching out to support one another, this small climbing challenge wove the word "collaboration" into every detail. There were no complicated rules, only the natural instinct of "lending a helping hand". The team's cohesion was hidden in this warm spirit, becoming the most vivid footnote of this summer.
